Customer Update: COVID-19

At Fresh Boost Coffee we care about the wellbeing of our people and community, including the safety and wellbeing of our team members, customers and visitors.
As the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation continues to evolve, we want to share with you our ongoing efforts to manage the situation and mitigate potential impacts to our operations.

At this time it is important to take a calm and balanced approach, make sensible assumptions and focus our efforts on practical, meaningful actions that prioritise the health and wellbeing of our people, customers and communities, and is also based on the expert advice being provided by the Australian Government Department of Health.

Fresh Boost Coffee are committed to maintaining consistency of supply for our products, and to continuing to meet the high level of service our customers have come to expect of us.
To help us do these things we:

  • Have ensured contingency supply chains are working to deliver alternate products should primary suppliers fail;
  • Have segmented functional areas within our business to restrict physical interactions between our operational and administrative personnel. This is in addition to other precautionary steps including daily disinfection to all door handles, benches, desks, phones and kitchen areas as well as internal areas of delivery vehicles to help limit the potential spread of COVID-19 within the workplace and our communities, consistent with Australian Government advice; and
  • Will be reactive to our client’s fluid needs based on each client’s unique scenario. This approach is intended to minimise any potential disruption and keep our team tuned in to your business needs.

It is also important to remember that our East Perth facility is centrally located allowing our team to quickly react to any urgent requirements regarding coffee equipment or to top up products.

We also ask for your help and patience as we manage the current COVID-19 situation. In this respect, we kindly ask if you could consider the area in which you are receiving deliveries, and where possible, ensuring this is a clean area separate from that in which food is prepared. We would also ask that you immediately notify us if you or any of your team has been isolated or exposed COVID-19 so that appropriate steps might be taken as required.

We also welcome hearing from you about any measures you may have taken that have been impactful and which we could share with others. We want to do all we can to make sure the communities we all work with are kept safe.
